Wild Card Series Goes the Distance, New Hampshire Prevails Saturday, September 13th , 2059 The New Hampshire Fisher Cats are heading to the Divisional Series, having narrowly defeated the Lincoln Bighorns. New Hampshire edged Lincoln in the series 4-3, with a win at ONEOK Field in the clinching game by a 8-7 margin. Vismel Abreu turned in a strong offensive performance for the Fisher Cats and got series MVP for his efforts. "I'll never turn down another trophy for my mantle, another accomplishment to remember once my career is over," he said. "What I would really remember, though, is a AA Championship Series win." It remains to be seen how the playoffs will conclude, but if Abreu continues to swing a hot bat, his team will no doubt have a chance. For the series, he hit .360 with a .448 on-base percentage.
