Tacoma Advances to Divisional Series Wednesday, September 21st , 2061 After their 9-6 win today at River Cats Ballpark over the Sacramento River Cats, the Tacoma Rainiers will advance to the Divisional Series. Tacoma won the series by a 4-1 margin. Leading the way for the Rainiers was center fielder Maddox Owens, who had a spectacular series and was named MVP. "I don't play differently in the regular season or playoffs. I just go out and do my best every game," he said. "It's certainly nice to play in the big game, but you can't let it get to your head and change your focus."
