Elizondo slugs 2 home runs in Charleston Win
The game between Charleston and Greensboro is in the books, despite a little rain.

The 8-6 Charleston win over Greensboro was due in large part to Sebastian Elizondo. The RiverDogs designated hitter slugged 2 home runs. He drove in 5 runs and scored twice. Walter Hinckley claimed the win after being brought in from the bullpen. The right-hander allowed 1 run on 1 hit in 1.2 innings. His record stands at 6-1. Dragon Folan earned the save for Charleston, his 3rd of the year.

With Charleston leading 3-0 in the top of the second, Elizondo hit a fastball from Jaymes Wilson for a 3-run home run. It was his 2nd home run of the season and put the RiverDogs ahead, 6-0.

"We took home the win," said Elizondo. "What's not to like?"

The winning streak has now reached 4 games for Charleston.
