Dodgers Tagged with 5-1 Loss
|
Isaiah Beauregard was masterful in helping the Houston Astros take down the Los Angeles Dodgers, 5-1. Austin Norris, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 2nd save. The Astros saw their win-loss record go to 25-26. At the same time, the Dodgers fell to 28-23.
Vasques Cortes contributed to the Houston win with a solo home run in the bottom of the third. For the game, the second baseman had 2 hits in 4 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 1 run scored, and 2 RBI.
"For the most part, I made good pitches when I needed to," said Beauregard.
