Eastern League Selects Best Performer

The Eastern League presented its Player of the Week Award to Vereeniging Oaks first baseman Steven Nasor.
"His numbers speak for themselves," a club publicist said. "He's been really seeing the ball well."
Indeed, Nasor has. Last week he went 8 for 22, batted .364 with 2 home runs and 6 RBIs.
This season, Nasor is batting .279 with 55 hits, 8 home runs, 35 RBIs, .376 OBP and has scored 30 runs.
