What's in a number? In baseball, just about everything.
The numbers that Reno's Edwin Rios put up last week were the envy of the league, as Rios came away with Pacific Coast League Player of the Week honors.
He belted out 7 hits in 16 at-bats, 4 home runs and 10 RBIs last week as he posted his .438 batting average.
So far this season, Rios has recorded a .264 batting average with 28 hits, 13 home runs, 31 RBIs, 23 runs scored and a .352 OBP.
