Reds Flatten Cardinals, 11-1
The Cincinnati Reds went home winners at Great American Ball Park, thanks in large part to starter Graham Ashcraft. Ashcraft stifled the St. Louis Cardinals, enabling Cincinnati to grab the 11-1 win. The Reds are now 60-81, while the Cardinals fall to 57-84.

Cincinnati got a big at-bat from Lutherville-Timonium, Maryland native Spencer Horwitz, who in the bottom of the first hit a 2-run double. It was his 1st double of the season and put the Reds ahead, 4-0.

"Graham's stuff looked really, really crisp," said Mike Matheny, the Reds manager.
