HHL's Top Hitter Selected Wednesday, September 1st , 2010 Chris Santiago is not used to being associated with Batter of the Month-caliber players, but today the Tinley Park second baseman joined that select company when the House Harkonnens League announced the results of August's voting. Santiago totaled 37 hits, 14 walks, 10 home runs, 22 RBIs and 20 runs scored last month to put together a .363 batting average and .440 on-base percentage. This season Santiago is batting .306 with 34 RBIs, 41 runs scored and 14 home runs. |
