League Punishes Pair for Fighting Thursday, August 12th , 2010 Steve Taylor of the Dubrovnik Destroyers and Chris Porter of the Bonaire Beach Bums received notification from the league commissioner's office that they had been suspended for 5 and 6 games respectively for their part in the on-field ruckus in a recent game at Destroyers Grove. In 2010 Taylor has hit at a .302 clip with 116 hits, 14 home runs, 41 RBIs and has scored 44 times. This season Porter has registered 5 wins and 9 losses in 7 starts with a 3.53 ERA. |
