Sky Hawks Move on to World Series
With a 7-6 win to wrap up the series at Sunrays Grove, the Abbotsford Sky Hawks have eliminated the Perth Heat in the League Championship Series and move on to the World Series.

Abbotsford controlled the series from the outset and won it in a 4-0 sweep.

Robert Schneider led the charge offensively for the victors, winning series MVP honors. He posted a .471 batting average, along with a .550 on-base percentage. He had 0 home runs, drove in 1 RBI and scored 6 runs.

"We're not done yet," the MVP said. "There is still a lot to accomplish."

The Abbotsford Sky Hawks don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Hamhung Crocodiles - Hilo Hurricanes series. That series is tied at 2 games apiece. The World Series schedule will be announced after the League Championship Series finishes.
