The Singapore Fusion stymied the Santo Domingo Bachateros, 5-2, at Singapore Stadium. Mzee Mukuru had a good day at the plate. He was 3 for 4 with a home run and 2 singles, while scoring 3 times for Singapore. Frank Loyola was the winning pitcher. Over 7 innings, he allowed 2 runs on 5 hits, with 1 walk and 3 strikeouts. Getting the save was Berhanu Yasser, his 1st.
