Palmer Hits 2 home runs in Revolution Win
|
The umbrellas came out during the Paris-Hong Kong contest at Paris Park.
The Paris Revolution beat the Hong Kong Patriots, 5-1, at Paris Park. Paris first baseman Luke Palmer had an outstanding performance. He was 3-4 with 2 home runs, while adding 5 RBI and scoring twice. Jifar Quaashie recorded the save for Paris, his 6th of the season.
In the bottom of the third, Palmer had a 2-run home run for Paris. It was his 2nd home run of the season and put the Revolution on top, 3-1.
"I felt good up there," said Palmer. "I saw the ball well."
The Patriots, now 7-12, continue their sluggish start.
