The London Knights finished things off in style.

The Istanbul Scimitars got a superb performance from designated hitter Zeljko Nemanjic, but the London Knights still won the game, 5-4. Nemanjic was 3 for 5 with 2 home runs, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice. London reliever Clement Barbu picked up the win, upping his record to 1-0. Wolde-Tsadik Humud was saddled with the loss.

London won the game in the bottom of the ninth inning. With no outs and Wolde-Tsadik Humud on the mound for Istanbul, first baseman Miguel Herrera hit a dramatic solo home run, bringing Knights fans to their feet.

"This game had its share of tense moments," Herrera said, postgame.

The Scimitars, now 4-15, continue their sluggish start.
