Santo Domingo starter Untung Mollema pitched well against the Reykjavik Narwhals at Laugardalur Leikvangur. The right-hander led his team to a win, 5-2. Jing-bo Tao was called on to finish, recording his 4th save. Reykjavik drops to 10-8.

Santo Domingo used a well-timed hit by Jonathan Velasco to capture the win. The second baseman socked a run-scoring double in the top of the fourth inning to put the Bachateros ahead, 2-0. Though it was his only hit in 4 at-bats, it was important.

"Thought I threw pretty well and overall I felt good," said Mollema.
