The home crowd had a good time watching the Tehran Stars and Delhi Destroyers get after it.

The Delhi Destroyers picked up a win at Delhi Stadium, dropping the Tehran Stars, 7-2. David Beltran was the difference-maker. The loss makes Tehran 55-73.

Korfa Gulamali had a big 2-run home run for the Destroyers in the bottom of the fourth inning. With Delhi leading 3-2 and a runner on 2nd, he sized up a fastball from 27-year old right-handed pitcher Graeme Kelly and punished it. The result was his 8th home run of the season, which put the Destroyers on top, 5-2.

"We take it day by day here," said Gulamali, "and today was a good one for us."
