Tadic Impressive in New Zealand Win
|
New Zealand turned a good effort from starter Vasa Tadic into a win over the Dubai Towers at The Shire. The Seals won the game, 3-0. Fawzi bin Rafiq closed it out for his 18th save. The last-place Seals now have a win-loss record of 47-71.
In his 116-pitch effort, Tadic allowed no runs on 7 hits over 8 innings. He walked 2 and struck out 9.
"There's a lot of passion in our clubhouse," said Tadic. "When we put it together we're a great ball club."
