Behind the hitting of Rajendran Mayekar, the Singapore Fusion stopped the Delhi Destroyers, 13-7. Mayekar was 3-4 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk. He scored 3 times and drove in 5 for the Fusion. The last-place Destroyers have dropped 4 straight games.

Ernest Besson hit a 3-run home run off Arfan Emir in the bottom of the seventh, which put the Fusion ahead, 8-7. In addition to the homer, Besson had 1 double, while going 2 for 5.

"We believe in ourselves and we're willing to work hard. It's a good combination," Besson told the Singapore News.
