Seoul Defeated By Sky Horses, 9-3
|
The Pyongyang Sky Horses topped the Seoul Arrows, 9-3, in Eastern League action at Pyongyang Park. The game was highlighted by the performance of Pyongyang center fielder Ryuji Sakamoto. The win gives Pyongyang a season record of 63-46.
Imazighen Salah had a big 2-run double for the Sky Horses in the bottom of the sixth inning. With Pyongyang leading 4-3 and runners on 1st and 2nd, he got a cutter from Mudawar bin Usamah, who finished 4th in the WL in ERA with 2.84 in 2112, and swatted a double to left. It was his 2nd double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Sky Horses ahead, 6-3.
"It never gets old," said Salah. "Winning, that is."
