Arrows Beat Seals, 5-3

The Seoul Arrows locked up a win at Samsung Stadium, knocking off the New Zealand Seals, 5-3. On the mound for Seoul was left-hander Kilia Aletona. He played a major role in the triumph. Aletona, now 13-3, was the winner. In 7.2 innings, he gave up 6 hits, while striking out 5, walking 3, and allowing 3 runs. The win for the Arrows raised their record to 61-45.
The Arrows got a big at-bat from catcher Gildun Rajabu. For the game, Rajabu was 1-4 with a home run, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. In the bottom of the first, with a runner on 1st, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 18th home run of the season gave Seoul a 2-1 lead.
"We had some nice at-bats at the right time," said Arrows manager Benyounes Shibisha.
