Tight Tilt Goes to Arrows, 4-3
|
The Seoul Arrows and Pyongyang Sky Horses played an exciting game.
Seoul picked up a win at Pyongyang Park, bumping off the Pyongyang Sky Horses, 4-3. Pitcher Luke Smith was a major reason the Arrows emerged victorious. The second-place Arrows have won 5 in a row.
Seoul used the timely hitting of Adam Martin to seize the win. The pinch hitter stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the ninth inning to put the Arrows on top, 4-3. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it was a game-changer.
Seoul manager Benyounes Shibisha commended his team for exhibiting "no shortage of effort."
