Bangkok second baseman Ayuba Juma made his presence felt in the 7-6 Elephants triumph over the Delhi Destroyers. Juma was 2-5 with a double, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. Bangkok now sits at 40-55, while Delhi falls to 45-49.

Bangkok used the timely hitting of Amanath Surendranath to seize the win. The pinch hitter stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the eighth inning to put the Elephants on top, 7-6. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it was a game-changer.

"We had the game right there for the taking," said Delhi manager Geressu Citseko. "But we decided not to take it."
