Dubai had no answer for 33-year old right-handed pitcher Viet-Tam Thuc. The Prague Mammoths starter stymied Towers hitters, helping the Mammoths cruise to victory, 6-1. Prague reliever Viet-Tam Thuc got the win, raising his record to 6-4. Sami Mellouk was tagged with the loss. The Mammoths, now 33-35, have won 4 in a row.

The Mammoths got a big hit from third baseman Vasily Ahlibininsky. Facing Dubai pitcher Sami Mellouk in the bottom of the sixth, Ahlibininsky pounded a bases-clearing double to center. His 4th double of the season put the Mammoths ahead, 5-1.

Ahlibininsky called the win "a collective effort."
