The Dubai Towers stopped the Tehran Stars, 6-3, at Tehran Stadium. The Towers got a big game from Mourad Reis, who went 3 for 5 with a home run and a double, while scoring 2 times and driving in 3. Dubai starter Sami Mellouk was credited with the win after throwing 93 pitches over 8 innings. His record now stands at 6-3. Adam Corado earned the save for Dubai, his 12th.

With Dubai leading 4-3 in the top of the ninth, Reis hit a 2-run single off Tehran hurler Saip Prifti. It was the 60th hit of the season for Reis and put his team ahead, 6-3.
