Jensen and Schoon Fight, Get Suspended Tuesday, May 22nd , 2068 Matt Jensen of the Aurora Sergeants and Maaik Schoon of the Madison Mallards will be on the sidelines for a few days. They have been suspended for 2 and 6 games respectively by the league office for causing the bench-emptying free-for-all at the recent Sergeants-Mallards game at Ballpark of Fulton. Neither player had any comment about the suspensions. Both clubs told BNN Jensen and Schoon will begin serving them soon. Jensen is currently batting .297 with 2 home runs and 11 RBIs. So far this season, Schoon has a 2-1 record, 5 starts, 34 innings, 44 strikeouts and a 3.71 ERA. |
