Orphans Kim Tames Savannah River

A favor to his bullpen. That's what Il-young Kim was doing at Scorchers Ballpark, as he blanked the Savannah River Fission, 7-0.
"I went out there to try to eat up innings and help out our bullpen," the Tremont Orphans right-hander said later. "I felt I had my good stuff, and it turned out my command was solid."
Kim notched 11 strikeouts, surrendered 1 walk, allowed 4 hits, and kept the bullpen phone quiet all day long.
