Fog Advance to Round 2
The San Francisco Fog "bent but didn't break" against the Vermillion Aurorae in the Round 1.

That's according to Bryce Arnold of San Francisco, who was named series MVP.

"Our guys faced adversity and overcame it. This series wasn't easy, but we stuck to our game and made it work," he said.

San Francisco won the final game by a 6-4 count and the series 3-1.

Arnold's MVP performance included hitting .389 with a .476 on-base percentage. He also had 2 home runs, drove in 5 RBI and scored 3 runs.

The San Francisco Fog will play against the Oregon Otters in the next round. Oregon won their series against the Bumblebee Tuna 3 games to 1. The Round 2 schedule will be announced after the Round 1 finishes.
