13-3 Loss to Storm Extends Vancouver Losing Streak
The Saskatchewan Storm marched over the Vancouver Thunder, 13-3, at Gordie Howe Memorial Stadium. Lonnie Johnson, who is a two-time Gold Glove winner, led the charge. He was 2-3 with a home run, a double, and 2 walks. He scored 2 times and drove in 2. Bill Decker was the winner. He's now 3-3. The loser was former first round draft pick José Sánchez. The Thunder, now 19-19, have lost 6 in a row.
