Tony Sánchez was on the winning side of a pitcher's duel at The Ballyard. In fact, the Minnesota Lake Monsters right-hander was instrumental in his team's 2-1 victory over the Buffalo Blizzard. With the win, Minnesota raised its record to 53-50.

Sánchez delivered a quality start for Minnesota. The 6-foot-2 right-hander allowed no earned runs on 3 hits over 7 innings of work.
