Montgomery Starter Named SL's #1 Pitcher

The young Biloxi right fielder posted a .343 batting average with 9 home runs, 21 RBIs and scored 22 runs. Pernot also worked pitchers for 13 walks to post a .465 on-base percentage.
So far this season, Pernot is batting .299 with 24 home runs.
