Athletics Pick Up 8-3 Win Against Colorado
|
The Colorado Rockies got a superb performance from third baseman Gabriel Terrero, but the Oakland Athletics still won the game, 8-3. Terrero was 2 for 4 with a home run. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. With the win, Oakland upped its record to 76-71.
Rodolfo Carbajal helped out the Oakland cause in the top of the fourth inning with a 2-run double. For the game, the third baseman went 1-4 with a double, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2.
"It feels good to get this one," Carbajal told the Oakland Daily News.
