Week's Best Player Honored by A SE Monday, May 24th , 2038 Alex Olivas is respected by most Fort Myers Mighty Mussels fans for his no-frills style of play. The 23-year-old right fielder went about his business with vigor last week to grab the Low-A Southeast Player of the Week honors. He compiled a .500 average (9-for-18) with 3 home runs, 6 RBIs and 7 runs scored. So far this season, Olivas is batting .338 with 13 home runs. |
