Player of the Week Trophy to Hill Monday, June 14th , 2038 Chad Hill went on a hitting spree last week against Triple-A East pitchers and today copped the Player of the Week Award. The Columbus Clippers right fielder peppered the opposition with 13 hits in 23 at-bats, 3 home runs, 15 RBIs and 5 runs scored. In the last 6 games he hit .565 with an on-base percentage of .583. This year, Hill is hitting .353, produced 34 RBIs and 3 home runs, scored 21 times and gotten on base at a .395 rate. |
