Brakpan Center Fielder Hurt

Luca Akbar of the Brakpan Red Hawks was injured in today's game against Tembisa and had to be helped off the field by the trainers. The initial diagnosis is a broken kneecap, and he is expected to be out for up to 5 months. It happened while Akbar was running the bases. "It hurt a lot, to be honest. I just hope it heals soon and I can get back on the field."
