No Late-Season Magic Coming: West Palm Beach Out of Playoffs Wednesday, September 3rd , 2059 Cris Mendoza, the manager of the West Palm Beach Dolphins, said his players are "devastated" to have missed the playoffs. Today it became official -- the club has run out of games and was mathematically eliminated from qualifying. The Dolphins have made the playoffs 8 times in their 56 years as a Rookie franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 3rd in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2056. In the last 10 seasons, the Dolphins have missed the playoffs 4 times. |
