Great Stroke: Moss Gets 5 Hits Thursday, July 14th , 2061 The Chandler Ranchers stopped the Sedona Steers by a score of 24-1 at Ballpark of Hanapepe, with the lion's share of the credit going to first baseman Kyle Moss. The 21-year-old had a career day, collecting 5 hits. "Every batter wants to have a quality at-bat every time he steps up to the plate," Moss said later. "He wants to hit the ball hard." Moss did just that in his 6 at-bats, much to the chagrin of the Steers. "Not much that I can say," offered Sedona manager Nate Winegar. "He just hammered the heck out of us." Kyle Moss hit a three-run home run off Jayden See in the 1st, grounded out in the 2nd, hit an RBI double in the 3rd, hit a two-run home run off Joel Friese in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 5th and hit an RBI double in the 6th.
