Scottsdale's Côté Top Pitcher in August Friday, September 1st , 2051 Phil Côté hated to see August turn to September. And who could blame him? The 21-year-old hurler piled up 2 wins and no losses for the Salamanders last month and won the Arizona Rookie League Pitcher of the Month award for his efforts.
