Avalos Blisters Pocatello Thursday, July 24th , 2064 Yusmeiro Avalos of the Stampede was unstoppable in his team's 13-9 victory over the Pocatello Pioneers at Ballpark of Pocatello. He battered them for 5 hits in 6 at-bats. "Boy, I was on the mark today," said the Medicine Hat third baseman after the game. "I could see the ball real well. It's a great feeling to do this. And besides, 5-for-6 won't hurt your batting average like 0-for-5 will."
