Chukars Clinch Wild Card Sunday, September 11th , 2050 The Idaho Falls Chukars say they are ready for the challenge that lies ahead. The challenge is to capture a R+ Championship Series title as a wild card team. "The Pioneer League South Division is a strong division and we still feel good about our chances even though we didn't win it," said third baseman Yannis Byron. "It's going to be a tougher road to a title, but it's one we're ready to embark on." The team has a 36-34 record and is seeking its 3rd Rookie Advanced championship. |
