Rojas Week's #1 Player Monday, July 25th , 2050 It was a sweet day for Joachim Rojas of the Pulaski Yankees, who found out he has been named the Appalachian League Player of the Week. The Yankees third baseman put up a solid .375 average and contributed 6 home runs and 13 RBIs to claim the honors. This year Rojas has collected a .306 batting average to date with 33 hits in 108 at-bats, 27 RBIs, 13 home runs and scored 24 times. He has played in 30 games. |
