Batavia Wins Wild Card Series Sunday, September 12th , 2060 The A- Championship Series hopes remain strong for the Batavia Muckdogs. The team tonight eliminated the Maine Lobsters with a 2-1 win, to capture the Wild Card Series 4-2. "We're rolling now," said Ricardo Palma, who was named series MVP. "The pitchers are pitching, hitters are hitting, look out. I expect us to pick our game up to another level in the Divisional Series."
