Lakewood-Greenville Brawl, Gibson and Waters Suspended Sunday, September 4th , 2061 Damian Gibson of the Lakewood BlueClaws and Tim Waters of the Greenville Drive received notification from the league commissioner's office that they had been suspended for 2 and 6 games respectively for their part in the on-field ruckus in a recent game at Fluor Field at the West End. This season, Gibson is hitting .310 with 18 home runs. So far this year, Waters has compiled a 1-4 record with a 4.63 ERA. |
