The Clinton LumberKings first baseman tore up the Cedar Rapids Haymakers to the tune of 6 hits in 6 at-bats at Ashford University Field. The offensive onslaught from Patterson powered the 14-3 LumberKings win. "Patterson was a tough out," Cedar Rapids manager David Cardona said to the press in the postgame interview. "He hit some very good pitches with that quick bat of his. Not an easy out, that's for sure."
