5-for-6 Day for Gamble Tuesday, August 15th , 2051 It was a big day for Stanley Gamble and he brought the Hickory Crawdads along for the ride. Gamble led his club to a 15-1 victory over the Lexington Legends today at Whitaker Bank Ballpark, smoking Lexington pitching for 5 hits in 6 at-bats. The 22-year-old left fielder later called the victory "sweet." Stanley Gamble singled in the 1st, hit a three-run home run off Clark Perez in the 2nd, grounded out in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 5th, hit a two-run home run off Collin Peake in the 7th and hit a solo-shot off Hunter Crafton in the 9th.
