Columbus Eliminated from Playoff Contention Monday, August 14th , 2051 There will certainly be no championship parade for the Columbus Catfish this season. They were already on the outside looking in for the playoff chase, but the club was officially eliminated from contention today. Columbus last appeared in the postseason in 2034. This is their 17th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 40 times in their 48-year history. Columbus last won the A Championship Series in 2032. |
