Everything came together at the plate for the 22-year-old left fielder as he collected 6 hits in 9 at-bats -- and led the Dock Spiders to a 6-4 win at Neuroscience Feild at Fox Cities Stadium. "I'm just out there to try and help the team win," Alverado said after the game, "I had some real good at-bats today. I made good, solid contact and luckily no one caught 'em." Carlex Alverado singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, grounded out in the 7th, singled in the 9th, singled in the 11th, grounded out in the 13th, singled in the 16th and struck out in the 17th.
