4-Game Suspension for Zadana Tuesday, June 4th , 2052 A press release issued by the league stated that Lugnuts shortstop T.J. Zadana was suspended for "confronting a game official" after yesterday's Lansing-Quad Cities at Modern Woodmen Park. In the statement the league said, "This is totally unacceptable behavior and will be dealt with harshly." Zadana had a run-in with the home plate umpire during the game and was ejected for vehemently objecting to a third strike. Zadana currently has a .204 batting average with 30 hits, 0 homers, 9 RBIs, 12 runs scored and a .270 OBP. |
