Today, the Corpus Christi Hooks are the ones feeling overwhelmed with excitement, and the Shreveport Engineers are the ones thinking about what they could have done differently. The Hooks took a 6-5 victory at Whataburger Field today, which gave Corpus Christi a 4-2 series win. With the win, Corpus Christi will advance to play in the Regional Championship Series. "We aren't ready to go home yet," said Hooks center fielder Samuel Cuevas, who was named series MVP.
