The Southern League Southeast Division club have battled to the bitter end and have come up with a wild card berth. "It's satisfying to clinch the playoffs so late in the season," said reliever Ben Pino. "You start to doubt yourself and wonder if you can even make it." But the Blue Wahoos have in fact made it, with their 72-62 record holding up to now give them a chance at the franchise's 4th Double A championship. |
