Bardales Extends Hit Streak to 20 Games Friday, August 25th , 2051 Aaron Bardales of the Pensacola Blue Wahoos extended his hitting streak to 20 straight games with 1 hit in today's 7-5 triumph over the Northwest Arkansas Naturals at Rebels Ballpark. "Aaron has been making it easy for me to pencil his name in the lineup every day," Blue Wahoos manager Corey Mantegna joked after the game. Aaron Bardales singled in the 1st, struck out in the 3rd, flied out in the 5th, grounded out in the 7th and grounded out in the 8th. This season Bardales is batting .277 with 84 hits, 12 home runs, 36 RBIs, .392 OBP and has scored 43 runs. |
