Shuckers Folkes Lost for Year Friday, June 23rd , 2051 Doctors in Biloxi said Barton Folkes might not play anymore this year. The Shuckers starting pitcher suffered a torn labrum during a game against the Tennessee Smokies and will be out for at least 5 months. Club officials told BNN they do not expect him to return to the team this season. This season Folkes has gone 4-4 with an ERA of 5.35, posting 62 strikeouts in 67.1 innings. |
